First of all, thank you to all of those who helped with these changes.

Tonight, the staff and I have made some improvements to the Survival Server. I also got help from some players when I was doing the wild locations.

New Spawn
We have switched Spawns on the server. The new spawn is located at 0,0 and features an entirely new build. Big thanks to EidolonXIV and Kingonfarm for helping with the spawn signs.
The old spawn is still accessible: /warp oldspawn OR /warp shop to teleport to it.

Border Expansions

Since we've switched Spawns, we've decided to increase the borders a bit.
Overworld: 25,000 --> 27,500 blocks.
Normal Nether: 25,000 --> 27,500 blocks.
Normal End: 5,000 --> 7,500 blocks.

New command: /wild
With the new Spawn, we've also added a new command that can prove very helpful for new and existing players. Simply do the command /wild, and it will teleport you to 1 of 8 predefined locations that we've set. It chooses which location to teleport you to randomly, which will help to spread out players in a natural way outside of Spawn. Adding this was a lot of work so we hope you all enjoy it....
These are brief notes as to what was discussed in the "unofficial" player meeting on September 3, it was not scheduled and was done out of the blue because of how many people were online on Discord.

It also can serve as a "what's upcoming" for this entire month. I highly recommend reading through all of it if you are interested in what is changing and improving.

Server Advertising: long but please read!
A few things upcoming in regards to getting players onto the server.
1. We've added vote crates to Skyblock, when you vote you get a Basic Crate Key. You can take this Crate Key
to the /warp votecrates location and use it to unlock a chest to receive a random item. Feel free to try it for yourself! There will be advanced, and ultimate keys available soon. Also, this will be coming to our Survival server soon.
2. We've added VoteParty to Skyblock, essentially this means whenever there are 50 cumulative votes for the server everyone who is online at the time receives a free basic vote key. You can view progress to the next vote party by doing /vp. This will be added to Survival Soon.
3. We're going to be on the front page on an advertising website during these times (approximately): Thursday 11 PM September 15 - 11 PM Friday September 16. Times are in EST. During this time we will be getting anywhere from 50-150+ people attempting to join the server. During most of this time, the server will be whitelisted. However, when there are...
Summary -
Release simply means that me and @The_Loyal_One feel the website is in a state that is secure and ready for full release, instead of a beta state. This means that the North-Craft website will be advertised more than it is currently being, it also means that we can slow down on the development of the website. This does not mean that the website will not have frequent updates and additions. You are still free to make suggestions and report bugs. The change from beta to release was not a large change, but during the time of beta, we made a lot of changes, some of those changes essential to the way the website functions, and for user compatibility. Going into release we will not have any changes, the website will stay the way it is right now.

Thank you everyone,
- Marc
Welcome to the wonderful land of North-Craft! Upon joining, many new players have tons of questions that they would like answers to, so I have decided to make a sort of beginners guide on how to make North-Craft a home to call your own.

The First Spawn

When you first spawn into your Survival world, you're greeted with a beautiful spawn built by one of the amazing builders in our community. Sometimes, spawning in can be a tad overwhelming. Below, you'll find a list of things you should absolutely do before you leave the spawn.
  • Explore! When we have spawns built for our server, we like to ensure that there's lots of new and interesting things to see. Sometimes we even add in hidden areas to our spawns that cannot be accessed unless you peak around and find them yourself!
  • Read the rules! I know that that can be a tad boring, but reading the rules that we take the time to post in spawn can help you stay out of trouble and recognise when someone else is doing something out of line. If you are able to recognise someone else's misbehaviour, you can report it to a staff member and potentially save other players from having harm done to their gaming experience.
  • Read the information signs! Again, I know it can be boring, but the information signs at spawn are where you will find some basic knowledge about the server. There, you can find tons of helpful commands that you can use throughout your...
